## Overview

teams need a place for documents, photos, client files, and shared folders that works on desktop and phone, without putting everything into a personal google drive or a mystery usb stick.

fossasoft deploys and hosts file-sharing clouds similar to nextcloud: sync clients, browser access, sharing links, permissions, and optional apps for calendar, contacts, or office editing when you need them.

## What we do

- **private cloud deployment:** install and configure nextcloud-style platforms on hosting or a vps sized for your storage and user count.

## How we work

- we size storage and users honestly, growth is planned, not guessed after the disk fills up.

- we document how to add users, reset access, and recover files from backup.
- optional apps (office, calendar, talk) are added only when they solve a real need, not by default clutter.
