## Overview

f-commerce is fossasoft’s commerce platform for businesses that sell in ways a theme cannot follow: complex catalogs, custom pricing, specialised checkout, and connections to the couriers, banks, and ERP already running the company.

after years with Magento, OpenCart, and WooCommerce, the same gaps kept showing up. Shipping by postcode. ACS, ELTA Courier, and locker networks. Greek payment rails. Stock that has to match an ERP. f-commerce is the stack we built so those pieces live in one store.

## What we do

- **catalogs that match how you sell:** variants, attributes, bundles, filters, and category structures that fit specialised products, not just a flat list of skus.
- **smart checkout:** a fast, one-page checkout shaped around how your customers actually pay and receive orders, including deposits, invoices, and custom rules when you need them.
- **upselling that earns its place:** related products, bundles, and checkout offers that follow the catalog, so average order value can grow without a noisy popup theme.
- **greek courier integrations:** acs courier, elta courier, and box now, with vouchers, tracking, and shipping costs that can follow postcodes and geographic zones.
- **custom shipping:** when a carrier is not on the default list, we add it. weight, volume, islands, cash on delivery, and pickup points can all be first-class rules.
- **piraeus bank, mypos, and local payments:** card payments through piraeus bank and mypos, with room for other greek banks and methods your customers already trust.
- **erp support and syncing:** products, stock, prices, orders, and invoices can sync with the erp or accounting stack you already run, through apis rather than csv rituals.
- **admin your team can use:** order management, catalog updates, and customer tools designed for daily operations, not only for launch day.
