we set up electronic invoicing and erp, then connect them to your pos and to a licensed greek e-invoicing provider, so b2b invoices issue where you already sell and reach mydata without a second till system.

## Overview

from 1 october 2026, remaining greek businesses must issue electronic invoices for b2b sales. a pdf in email is not enough. large firms with 2023 turnover above €1 million already entered in february 2026.

aade allows a licensed provider of electronic document issuance, or its free timologio and mydataapp apps. in practice, anyone running erp, pos, and wholesale customers needs a provider. timologio does not sit on the till and does not speak to your accounting stack.

fossasoft is not a licensed provider. we install and configure the software, connect pos and erp to the provider you declare, and train staff so invoicing happens in the same flow as the sale.

- **pos connection:** the counter, the warehouse, and invoicing share catalog and documents. retail receipts and b2b invoices stop living in two disconnected tools.
- **provider and mydata link:** we connect to a licensed e-invoicing provider so authenticated invoices reach mydata. you keep the provider contract. we keep the integration working.
- **go-live before the deadline:** mapping of document types, user roles, tests with real customers, and staff training. your accountant still owns tax choices. we own the software running on the floor.

- we start from how you actually invoice today: till, erp, accountant, and who presses issue.
- the provider is chosen with you and your accountant. we do not pretend fossasoft is the licensed issuer.
- pos, catalog, and invoice types are connected before anyone trains on a demo company.
