Fossa CRM is Fossasoft’s crm for teams that need their own structure, not a canned sales pipeline. You add modules, fields, and dashboard cards. We host the group and help you run it. ## Overview most crm products start from leads and deals and make you bend the company around that. fossa crm starts empty. you create the sidebar items your work actually needs: customers, jobs, devices, invoices, whatever the group must keep in one place. each module has a form and a table. fields can be text, dates, selects with colour, file attachments, or links to another module. the dashboard can pin counts, charts, and latest rows. history keeps every change. files live in a shared folder for the group. sign-in is group, email, and password, with a captcha and a one-time email code. there is a rest api with keys if a website or another system has to read or write the same records. fossasoft is not selling a public self-serve signup. we open a group, train the people who will live in it, and stay for the structure and the api. the easiest way to get your own template json is to paste the markdown spec into an AI with a few sentences about the business. the model writes a valid fossa crm file; you import it. that spec is listed under guides. ## Guides Paste the markdown spec into an AI with a few sentences about your business.
